Volunteers are needed to help setup and decorate for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC)- NM’s second annual fundraiser benefiting its two houses and in-hospital programs. RMHC-NM houses provide overnight stays to families seeking lifesaving treatments for their children at local area hospitals. The in-hospital programs include Family Rooms that offer respite services (snacks, beverages, computers, laundry facilities and resource libraries) to families who wish to stay near their children’s hospital bedsides.
RMHC-NM needs many volunteers to put on their fundraiser. ABQ Involved will assist in the second shift from 9am-12pm for the event set up. Volunteers should wear comfortable clothes, such as jeans/leggings, t-shirts, and sneakers. Volunteers should park at the Sid Cutter Pavillion and check in at the volunteer table when they arrive. The minimum age to volunteer is 18 years.
