Let’s help out our friends at the Albuquerque Community Foundation!

On Friday, May 13th, the Albuquerque Community Foundation (ACF) will hold their annual Great Grant Giveaway. After a two-year hiatus, ACF is thrilled to have everyone back together for this exciting nonprofit funding event! ABQ Involved volunteers will assist with set-up, prep for the festivities and help staff during the event. (the event begins at 11:15am; volunteers are asked to arrive by 10am). Boxed lunch will be provided.

What is Great Grant Giveaway?

Each year, nonprofits are selected to present their good work to a room filled with 600 people.
A check for $500 sits on every table ready to be awarded to one of the nonprofits. Generous corporate donors wait in the wings to add even bigger contributions once the Great Grant Giveaway is underway.
By the time it is all finished, $100,000 or more is in the hands of the nonprofits to support the causes they represent.
