Rio Grande Down Syndrome Network, TheArcNM, and the Balloon Museum are sponsoring a Balloon Rally for individuals with special needs. The Balloon Rally will have 10-13 balloons inflate and tether to allow participants to crew and tether. The event includes vendors, resource fair, and entertainment. It is free to the public.
ABQ Involved's team of volunteers will crew, set-up, greet, and clean-up for the event. Children are welcome.
